Instructor Approval Guidelines

1. Registration and Profile Verification

   • Instructors must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information.
   • Verification of identity through government-issued ID, Student ID or equivalent is mandatory. You need to fill the google form correctly to be approved. 
   • Instructors must complete their profiles with a professional bio, a profile picture, and relevant credentials.

2. Qualification and Expertise

   • Instructors should demonstrate expertise in their subject area through professional experience, certifications, or academic qualifications.
   • Instructors should upload at least one course within 1 month after approval, or else he will be blocked and need to contact us for renew the account.  

3. Course Content Requirements

   • Courses must be original and created by the instructor. Plagiarism or use of copyrighted material without proper authorization is strictly prohibited. We will take legal actions at that case if necessary.
   • Course content should be high-quality, well-structured, and must include clear learning objectives, comprehensive lessons, and appropriate assessments.
   • Courses will be reviewed by the team and it can take upto 3 days for approval of course.

4. Code of Conduct

   • Instructors must adhere to a professional code of conduct, including respectful and ethical behavior towards students and the platform community.
   • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive content is not tolerated.

5. Course Approval Process

   • All courses undergo a thorough review by the Parongom quality assurance team to ensure they meet the platform’s policy.
   • Feedback will be provided for any necessary revisions before final approval.
   • Parongom reserves the right to reject courses that do not meet our standards.

6.  Payments and Withdrawal

   • The platform will charge 15% of your course fee for every purchase made by the students.
   • Add a valid bank account or bkash account (on E-check) for the payment. 
   • Minimum withdrawal request is 500 taka and it should be on the account for at least 3 days.
   • Withdrawal request takes upto 2 days for final approval.  

Course Purchasing and Usage Guidelines

1. Account Creation

   • Users must create an account to purchase and access courses.
   • Accurate personal information must be provided during registration.

2. Payment and Refunds

   • All payments for courses must be made through the platform’s payment system. It may take upto 24 hours to ensure the payment.
   • If you have any complains regarding payment mail us at complain@parongom.com

3. Course Access

   • Users may receive unlimited time or limited time for a purchased course. (It is set by the course instructor)
   • Sharing account access or course materials with others is strictly prohibited. Multiple login can make your account blacklisted from Parongom.

4. Feedback and Reviews

   • Users are encouraged to leave constructive feedback and reviews for courses they have completed.
   • Inappropriate or offensive reviews will be removed, and users may face account suspension for repeated violations.

Prohibited Content

1. Inappropriate Material

   • Content containing offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language or visuals is strictly prohibited. 
   • Any material promoting violence, hate speech, or illegal activities is not allowed.

2. Misleading Information

   • Courses must not contain false or misleading information. Instructors must ensure that all content is truthful and reliable.
   • Avoid making unsubstantiated claims or promises.

3. Personal Data

   • Do not include personal data or sensitive information about individuals without their explicit consent.
   • Respect privacy and confidentiality in all course content.

General Community Guidelines

1. Respectful Interaction

   • All platform users must engage respectfully with others, including instructors, students, and staff.
   • Offensive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior is not tolerated and may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Content Standards

   • All content, including course materials, comments, and reviews, must adhere to platform standards and applicable laws.
   • Parongom reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards.

3. Privacy and Data Security

   • Users’ personal information is protected under the platform’s privacy policy.
   • Unauthorized access, use, or distribution of personal data is strictly prohibited.

4. Compliance with Laws

   • All users must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws while using the platform.
   • Any illegal activity may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Enforcement and Penalties

1. Monitoring and Enforcement

   • Parongom actively monitors platform activity to ensure compliance with these rules and regulations.
   • Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity of the infraction.

2. Reporting Violations

   • Users can report any violations of these rules and regulations through the mail complain@parongom.com
   • Reports will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken.
